The illustrations by Kari Moden are a reflection of what is going on within contemporary culture. Inspired by South American poster design, pop art, fashion & lifestyle and typography, Moden brilliantly triggers and captures the excitement of urban culture.

Kareem Rizk is a Melbourne based illustrator, graphic designer and collage artist graduated from the Monash University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. His typical style began as an experiment in blurring the line between handmade collage and digital illustration. Kareem Rizk’s works include analogue collage techniques, pencil drawings, acrylic & oil pastel paintings and Photoshop finishing.

Leying Chen aka Shadow Chen aka Salty Shadow is a mixed media artist, a true talented master in illustration. She chose the English artist name “Shadow” because of her obsession with creating strong contrasted images. She loves to adopt light/dark compositions and liquid shapes, but always add a creative twist and some bright colors. Shadow takes traditional Chinese art to new places by adding vector elements and street art influences. Shadow Chen is from Ningbo, China and mainly works as a freelance illustrator.

Action sports have four common elements: thrills, sweat, speed… and the pros all wear Oakley sunglasses. The Oakley illustration campaign by San Diego based designer Mel Marcelo shows vector art portraits of the world’s best snowboarders, skaters, surfers, wake boarders and freestyle motocross riders, doing what they do best: ride the waves and fly to the sky.

Russian illustrator Anya Aleksandrova creates illustrations that are beautifully crafted. Inspired by human characters and behavior, every of her artworks tells a story. Sometimes funny, sometimes rather confusing but always intriguing. Anya’s ambitions for the near future are to work for new clients and to collaborate with other talented illustrators and designers.

Aristotelis Falegos is an illustrator and web designer who lives in Athens, Greece. Falegos works under the creative nickname Azbeen and is specialized in vector graphics, weird character design and flash animations. To develop his surreal, digitally constructed illustration universe, Azbeen relies upon his wild imagination and his great sense of humor.
